We never refill bottles or sell used products. We also see that you already contacted us by email and a ticket was opened where an agent is assisting you with the issue you reported, which was that 1 out of 3 items arrived damaged. We want to clarify that we take all proper measures to pack every item securely. However, we are unable to control how the carrier handles the package while it is in transit. Our team did open a full investigation with the carrier, and it was confirmed by DPD that the parcel was reported as delivered to the correct location based on the delivery image and the GPS coordinates that matched the place where the package was scanned as delivered. We understand your concern regarding the tracking note mentioning a neighbour. For this reason, we requested DPD to review all available evidence. Unfortunately, after completing their internal process, the claim was denied by the carrier, and no further action was approved on their side. We know this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused during an already stressful time.
