Your picture advertised Mont Blanc Blue, which is what I wanted, but you sent me Mont Blanc Black.

The delivery was fine, no complaints about the delivery. However, the products are cheaply made. They have an excessive amount of alcohol in them. Which alters the scent and I am completely disappointed. I will not be ordering from them again.

I received the smaller bottles and not the testers that I had ordered. I didn’t want the fancy packaging. What’s done is done. Not appreciated

I had no problem with ordering, delivery and quality of the item. I just didn't receive any order confirmation email which usually contains detailed infos I could need if something goes wrong. And I had to contact customer service for it by email. Responding time was slow. 3-4 days. I was supposed to receive return label. But still didn't receive it. I don't know if it's technical issues or not.

The package arrived kinda squished It also doesn't last very long and smell Is a little different

I was hugely disappointed with D & G 14 it is pure water does not even last 2 minutes after spraying and I almost want to request a refund. I'm a PERFUME GIRL AT HEART and of course I know that Eau de Toillette is not a long lasting fragrance but it being from DOLCE GABBANA I didn't expect a quality so poor that my Sofia Vergara, Kenneth Cole and Body Fantasies cheap body sprays that I buy at Walgreens would be longer lasting. I also ordered my favorite Perfume Givenchy Very Irresistible and still basically paid Department store prices as I spent $92 total on this order. DON'T think I will be returning.

I Thought I was ordering a bigger Lancôme gift set but it was very small packaged

The experience was great and easy... But the smell does not smell the same. It does not smell like the burberry I got from Dillard..
