The delivery was good, but I am sure that the perfume "Burberry Touch" I received is a fake, or at least a very very old bottle! Indeed, I wear the perfume "Burberry Touch for women" for almost 6 years and the perfume FRAGANCEX sent me did not smell like it at all (smells like alcohol mostly), and especially evaporates very fast without staying. I am very disapointed and do not recommend this website ...

I rarely have time to write reviews, but I felt I had the responsibility to warn other prospective customers against falling into the same trap, and assist them in making an informed decision before purchasing. Based on the rave reviews on several sites, I placed an order for the Hilary Duff With Love 0.13 mini EDP ($8.11) on FragranceX, as I just wanted to try it out before buying a larger size. (I had never purchased perfumes online before, I usually buy them from authorized retailers or duty free shops in airports, but these most often don’t have samples of all products that I want to test.) Although on the fragranceX website the mini EDP is pictured with a box, I received an unboxed, unsealed item, just wrapped in plastic, with something that looked like a clearly fake bar code attached to it. The liquid inside smelled atrocious, like harsh chemicals. This is obviously a knock off. There are several reports of fake perfumes sold via fragranceX on several websites, I wish I had done my research before purchasing. I won’t bother to return it, as after deducting the shipping charges the refundable amount would be negligible (assuming they would honor my request, and based on this experience I have no reason to assume they would be honest), but I wanted to share my experience with everyone else, so other people won’t have to learn this lesson the hard way, as I did. Ladies, please buy your perfumes from an authorized seller! There are websites and blogs explaining which places are safe to buy from, so do your research in advance! I know it is tempting to opt for discounted fragrances, especially in this tough economy, but you wind up purchasing overpriced items which are not only bad value for your money, but may contain harmful chemical substances, including carcinogens! Even stores like Marshalls or Rite Aid sell counterfeits. So buy a quality fragrance from Sephora, Macy’s, Nordstrom etc. (note: I am not affiliated with any of these merchants), and use it sparingly (it will have better staying power than the knock-offs, too). Don’t waste your money and jeopardize your health by purchasing counterfeits acquired from fraudulent distributors outside the US! Edit to add: I attempted to post a review on their site, but they won't display it. They probably only approve of positive reviews, to mislead customers. Hopefully consumer protection agencies will intervene to eradicate these fraudulent companies.

This company is committing fraud on a routine basis worldwide. Not only did they cancel my order twice for no apparent reason, they assured me i would be repaid in full within 5 business days guaranteed. Bull fucking shit. I got sick of waiting and went to my bank and got them to pursue a fraud investigation against them, and got my money back a week later. Guess what the return on my bank statement read? FRAUD REPAYMENT . Im warning you do not trust these clowns.

I've be waiting for a couple of weeks for my purchase, I've got nothing from their costumer service and finally they told me that: "Thank you for shopping with FragranceX.com. We are sorry to inform you that your order could not be completed at this time. The item you ordered was damaged in stock and was not in condition to ship. We cannot restock the item at this time. Your order was canceled and credited in full. We apologize for this inconvenience. Sincerely, Sarah" DON'T THEY COULD TOLD ME BEFORE? I STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY BACK!!!! DONT TRUST THEM!

On October, November and December of 2011 I made 15 orders from FragranceX.com and never received them. Those orders were paid with credit card. The number of the orders are: 8611553, 8611526, 8611127, 8611070, 8610884, 8589251, 8488916, 8468993, 8449634, 8490521, 8424641, 8410592, 8325017, 8249162, 8380052. FragranceX.com showed total disrespect to the customer by taking my money and never delivering the product. I DO NOT recomend ANYONE from buying in that store.

I contacted them regarding the improper storage of their Estee Lauder Re-Nutriv Creme being improperly stored at the warehouse and all they can reply with is their "standard" return policy. There was no apology or any attempt or verify the nature of my discontent as if I was just another complaining customer. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN, and strongly recommend that no one else does too. They do not value their customers nor the products they sell.

Yes, received my order, but... They guarantee 100% that you won't pay duty if you order to Canada. Problem is they're just trying to scam on the declaration. I ordered a larger order and they had to ship via a courier rather than post, and I wax charged duty. I contacted them very nicely, and was given some rubbish reply about not always. I pointed out their black and white 100% guarantee. This went on for a few emails. I finally received their attention when I asked for a return shipping address and told them Visa agreed to reverse the charge if they didn't send me a full refund. And, get this. They promised me a full refund on the duty, and they STILL had the audacity to short change me, I found this out only when I got my Visa bill, they never made the full refund. What a bunch of cheap, spiteful people. If you don't want to give something, hey, here's an idea, DON'T PROMISE IT ON YOUR WEBSITE.. I still would have bought it. I just would have been more careful and allowed for import duties. Never again.

I've never had such a dreadful time than when speaking with the Customer Service of FragranceX. I was promised Free Shipping, but then it was charged to my bill. When I rang customer Services to find out what had happened, I was held on the phone each time for over 20 minutes before being spoken to. Over the following three phone calls (with Sarah, Louisette and Megan, oddly all sounding like the same girl) I was either hung up on, told I was a liar and eventually, when I asked to speak with a manger I was refused, and then when I asked for the name of the CEO I was hung up on again. These really are the rudest people I've ever come across. They seemed to be taking great pleasure from trying to make me angry - I stayed calm and collected through the whole experience, but was very shaken by their sheer audacity. Eventually my friend found the name of the CEO. I wrote to him and he refunded all my money, but never acknowledged or apologised for his frightful staff. I will never use this company again. Never had an experience like it for blatant rudeness and frustration. Please pay attention to the other reviews - this is a truly nasty company.
