I ordered from them 5 weeks ago and i got nothing by now They keep telling me that it will arrive soon?how soon? They say on the site thet it takes 10-12 business days I hope i will get my money back Don't order from them,they are not sending the orders. I feel sorry for spending my money for NOTHING

Order was confirmed on 28 Jan 2014. sent numerous e-mail and have received automatic reply that goods have been shipped and will arrive shortly. this is unacceptable service. anyone knows how to get hold of the director or get a refund as i have also requested this and am still waiting

I bought a perfume, waited 6 weeks for it, and when it arrived, it was definitely NOT the original. Very disappointing!! When I tried to contact them with the bad review, they just sent an error report!! Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!!

I ordered a couple bottles of Versace from FragranceX that both turned out to be counterfeit. I'm just glad I purchased from this company with Paypal, so I know I will receive my refund. If you insist upon ordering from this company, please verify that your purchases are real, as there are dangerous chemicals in fake fragrances.

I ordered some D&B mens cologne. it was shipped on November 24th 2013. it is now January 17th 2014 and nothing has arrived. The card payment was taken straight away when the order was placed in November. I have sent numerous emails only to get a standard reply back to say the goods have been sent and they should arrive shortly. Had I known beforehand about the other negative reviews I wouldn't have ordered from them. I have several ecommerce businesses and I would never dream of treating my customers with such contempt and disrespect

I have bought three fragrances from FragranceX.com that did not smell like the original store bought fragrances at all. I sent them an email to question this and got a generic reply referring me to their website. Poor service and poor product. Do not buy from this company - their fragrances are not genuine.
