I was charged £10.94 postage and then had to pay another £3.77 to get it from customs. Could have bought it much cheaper without extra costs but was not aware of these.

I made the mistake of ordering 5 bottles of Babe perfume from Fragrancex. What I got was a box reeking of rancid smelling, old perfume because the top to one of the bottles hadn't been screwed on tightly enough, thus I actually paid for 5 bottles but got only 4 because the one that leaked was empty. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again. This stuff shouldn't be allowed for sale because it's obvious that it's bad - ALL 5 bottles were rancid smelling!

I ordered some items in the end of November. All items was in stock and was supposed to be "in stock and ready to ship". After two weeks the items was not sent, but they were still "in stock ready to ship". I wrote to FragnaceX an e-mail, they answered this: "We are so sorry for the delay! We are working to get your order shipped as soon as possible. Usually orders go out the same day, but your order should ship within the next 1-2 two business days." The days went and nothing happened, so I wrote them once more. Same answer "Your order is scheduled to ship today and an email confirmation will be sent at that time." This was almost a month after I ordered the items. After two days, and my items was still not sent, I asked if I could cancel the order and get a refund, they said yes. I got a partially refund, but not even half of what I actually paid for the items I never recived. FragnanceX is not to be trusted!

I've been using Van Cleef Men since 1979 and definitely the one from Fragnarcex is not the real one. I know my Van Cleef more then Van Cleef Himself. Do not buy it. cheap things do not exist.

A couple of years ago I rang this company from the UK (theyre based in USA) regarding a payment they'd charged me but only half-way through my query the lady on the other side of the phone began hurling abuse at me and then cut me off. I honestly don't understand why. I have never been so shocked. I have never bought from these guys again.

I ve been buying from Fragrance X for a couple of years, everything was good until a purchase that i did in Oct, 2013, the product didnt arrived, im trying to contact them by the support email, but no ones answer to my email. I dont get it. I trust them, but why they dont get in touch with me? Im crazy to buy more stuff from them, but i am not going to purchase anything until have this problem solved.

I am changing my original review here because the items turned out to be either watered down or fake! I have been an online shopper for a long time and I have never had an issue like this! I just purchased a perfume for my wife and a cologne for myself. Both my wife and I have been using the same fragrances for years, so we can tell authenticity. My wife's perfume is NOT ORIGINAL, she has two more bottles in different sizes and they smell identical, nice, long lasting, like it is supposed to be. The Bottle purchased from FragranceX does not smell the same and only last for a few minutes. My cologne on the other hand is either FAKE or WATERED DOWN. It does not smell at all like my other one and after I took it to Macy's here at the mall, they verified that THIS COLOGNE IS NOT ORIGINAL! I am not exactly sure what happened here and I am going to escalate this issue and see how this gets resolved! I shall update this review once I hear back from customer service and see if we come up with any resolution! Update: So FragranceX returned my cologne, no questions asked! My wife's Beauty by Calvin Klein, was not returned, since she waited for a few months before using it! I was hoping that they would stand behind their product and exchange the Fake one with an Authentic one, as advertised, but no luck there. They rather stick to their return policy, which is 30 days, other than make customers happy! I may contact Calvin Klein and send them the bottle. I have heard that they take that kind of stuff quite seriously, since distributing fake products in the US is a crime.

After having been their loyal customer for over two years now, with 6 orders of genuine perfumes received on time, I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone now. My order placed on February 9, 2016 hasn't moved from NY ever since. Customer service is crap, automated responces with no help at all. My last email was simply conveniently ignored. This company is a complete fraud! Sure, they stock some hard-to-find fragrances, if you must buy from them pay through PayPal and raise all the questions with them within the given window of opportunity, as you will get NO REFUND from fragranceX.
