I was content with the ordering process, shipping and delivery. Can't write about customer service, because I returned my product, and I am waiting for a response. I was not happy with the product. Having experienced the product before, I felt the quality wasn't the same. It didn't come close! Not sure if it was an old bottle, knock off, etc. It didn't smell like the original.

Unfortunately I have two vials that were almost entirely empty (one with a visible crack) and another that was half full that had clearly leaked (had residue on the cap). The samples were Ajmal Amber Wood (1 of the 2 I ordered), Clean Terra woods and Lacoste Eau de Lacoste. Would I be able to have these samples resent or credit to use on my next order? Thanks!

I'm very happy with my purchase. What I'm not happy about is, The last two times I ordered they left my parcel by my door, not in my mail box. I live in a building, it took me 3DAYS TO FIND MY PARCEL that someone took from my door. (PLEASE DO NOT) leave my parcels in front of my door. If it doesn't fit in my mail box, please leave me a notice so I can pick it up at the post office. IT'S THE SECOND TIME THIS HAPPENS.

I placed an order and tried to pay with Apple pay but the site was having problems, so I paid again with a bank card. It took almost a week to get my Apple money back. However, the cologne ordered was exactly what I wanted, the extra savings options were nice, and everything worked out in the end.

I Received my order in a timely manner, exactly what I ordered. I would recommend FragranceX to anyone, just be careful when you open the box it comes in. When I opened the box it was full of big live ants so I ended up getting big crawling ants in my lap, on the floor and in the chair I was setting in. I had to take it to the bathroom and spray it down with spray ant killer. I received some other mail along with it in my mailbox that same day and none of the other mail had any ants in them, so I know they had to be inside that one box.

I don't like the smell of eau de Cartier. I wanted to return it but I had already threw the box away. Other than that the package was on time.

One of my perfume it was leaking from the top seal... other wise nearly perfect
