This perfume is watered down U will NOT be getting anymore of my money!

I am used to using fragrance direct and made the mistake of ordering from fragrancex. Whilst the product is much cheaper than in the UK, you are charged for postage and then once your order is collected from them you are then charged via DHL a huge VAT and surcharge, which for me was £38 on top of the purchase and delivery. DHL will not deliver until this is paid and this in turn ends up costing more than it would from an expensive outlet in the UK. Do Not Use This Site - I have not yet received my items and at least hope they are the genuine when they arrive- BE AWARE IF YOU ARE IN THE UK

I've purchased with fragrance x for years never any problems then on my last order week or 2 after I received the item I got a invoice from DHL saying I owe £20 for important / customs even tho when I purchased the product it stated FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING and upon emailing fragrance x they didn't seem to care what's so ever just said that it Is outta there hands. Surely it said of stated or on there site but there was nothing & I have never had this problem before & was discussed with how fragrance x handed it (or lack off) . As a result of this I am no longer shopping with fragrance x & I urge anyone considering to do business with this company DON'T! You might get sneaky charges added on couple of weeks later.

Received the item today. Ordered on Monday and arrived today (Wednesday), extremely quick delivery, especially as I live in Europe! Free postage and packing, which I thought was great. The product smells great, so I was very happy. Until 5 days later, I receive a bill from DHL! I was not expecting this bill, and it has increased the price of my order by 50%! I would have thought DHL would have warned me about this upon clearance into the country, not 5 days later, unacceptable. Completely spoilt my view of the company, will not be ordering again from this company.

Just be extremely when buying Cologne/perfume from this company if you are buying from the United Kingdom under the returns if you don't like the product you cannot send it back from the UK to the US because of the restrictions when sending back by post fragrance x should explain you cannot send the item back to United States of America because of UK restrictions will not be buying from them ever again Extremely difficult to get a refund if you can't send it back

I had ordered Perfume and paid teh expensive shipping cost of 18 euro. TNT did not manage to deliver to my house so I had to pick it up which meant a 1 hour drive to their plant just to found I had to pay a GODDAMN 31 EURO fee since fragranceX declared them as a dangerous good. A you kidding me? Please do NOT order from this site if you are a german citizen, customs will make you pay as well as a fee for dangerous good. I had spent a total of flippin' 48 Euros shipping cost..... never again

One package I didn't receive led to nearly a year without my goods or refund whilst receiving rubbish customer service. I am really gutted because I thought finally! a decent and honest company selling the perfume I love. I even told my friends about them and they use them and love them! I suppose that's what you get for being too trusting. However I recently contacted them again to say I've tried to trace package but it was too long ago what happens next? Finally I speak with a normal person who finally gets my refund to me. I was rather gobsmacked as I didn't expect that so after a long hard fight I get my money back and I appreciate that but my question is 'do I order from them again?'....I sure don't want to go through that again. ...

Ordered and paid for 4 bottles of perfume. to date, I have still not received the perfume. It is well over a month now, and all attempts to contact this company is fruitless. Will never deal with them again.
