The company are NOT the cheapest as they neglect yo tell you that you have to pay the duty and vat once it arrives in the uk, so your goods are effectively under random. The perfume cost £32 and then I am expected to pay £16 VAT on top. Not impressed

I'd used this company on a number of occasions without any issues. However, when the latest order arrived the delivery company (DHL) wanted an additional £27 before they'd deliver. They stated that this was an admin, delivery & customs charge! As far as I'm concerned FragranceX were providing a "free" delivery as part of their offer. I don't have any contract with DHL and therefore I will not pay an additional £27 - I'm still trying to resolve this issue with FragranceX but I won't be using them again and I'd strongly urge anyone else to avoid contracting with them.

I bought wholesale from them 3 times all of times I order there was couple item missing and not ship although in there paper said they did not ship I was never refund money or merchandise I spoke to customer service manager name lee very rude and never fixed the problem do not buy from them poor customer service

When buying from the UK you will be hit with extra charges. I have been charged an extra £17 for my item by DHL. These charges are not made clear when ordering and the item would have been cheaper to buy from Amazon! Avoid.

I did a price comparison and this company came up as really competitive. However, when the fragrance was delivered i was charged £16 for additional duty. I complained to fragracex who said they had no control over this and that they couldn't/wouldn't do anything about it. I have previously bought from Strawaberrynet and never had this problem before. I ended up paying significantly more for this than if i'd just waled into any fragrance shop on the high street. I will never use this company again and would urge anyone else in the UK not to unless they want to pay significantly more.

Have used wild musk from Cody in the 90s loved it but could not get it anymore was not an expensive perfume at the time so seen it it decided to bye 3 bottles for 50 euro that included post and package so when DHL arrived at my door looking for 23 euro I was surprised bou gave the money when I opened the bottle and sprayed it I was the same smell as I new 10 min later no smell sprayed 5 or 6 more sprays lovely smell again 10 min later gone very disappointed and its a shame because I would of continued buying it I even gave a bottle away it was that bad to my sister that uses it in her room as air freshioner

I bought a couple of perfumes and all ok then the last time had to pay £3.50 duty and they reimbursed me, this time for same perfume had to pay £19 and they do not want to know. I WILL NEVER SHOP ABROAD AGAIN with these people or anyone else.

I recently bought a CK Beauty perfume from FragranceX.com to be shipped to Poland, which was never delivered. It was returned back to the warehouse no reason given. I complained and i was refunded but the company deducted nearly $20 from the original amount. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. SWINDLERS. Since, the perfume wasn't delivered, I placed another order (prior to the initial refund) as a gift and when it arrived in the country, we were asked to pay taxes (nearly 25- 30%) on a product that is less than $50. I have bought from Strawberry.Net previously and never faced such issue. I never had to pay taxes on such a small product. Not sure what they declare when they ship the products. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Never buying again from FragranceX. EVER.
