DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I had seen these reviews before I had bought my Perfume I now feel very angry and something needs to be done about this company! I did not see on their website that I would have to pay extra money to DHL for customs before they would deliver - this has to be a complete rip-off, I had to pay £21.05 before they would deliver which I nearly refused to pay but because I had already paid for this perfume and unless I paid this extra money I would have lost the original £59.02 and had no perfume. I received the perfume (laughable) and have tried it out - IT IS WATERED DOWN!!! you can hardly smell it and it dose not last more than 10 minutes, I intend to report this company to trading standards. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! iT IS RUBBISH

I bought two times multiple fragrances from them. And not one lasts more than half an hour. I don't know if they are fake or watered down. One advice don't buy from this website.

Waited 2wks for my order to be dispatched, emailed them asking why not been sent as needed by a certain date, no direct answers to any emails ! Finally told one item not in stock so would refund and send others, asked why they didn't do this in beginning as I'd sent about 10 emails explaining needed by a certain date which now may not get any of them due to them taking 2 wks to even dispatch ! Then customs charge of £30 if you are ordering outside uk you will pay customs so not worth it

I placed an order around Thanksgiving. My card was charged and nothing arrived. I checked the site, it said the order was canceled! (not by me) I called them and that was a waste of time, there is NO customer service. I actually tried ordering a second time, charged again, no order!!! I checked the bank, the first charge had dropped off but there was a new charge. Nothing shipped, card held for payment and again, order canceled. That's enough, I was done. I called them and hit #2 to talk about this. You'll get to wait on hold for a while before it says "call back during business hours" and hangs up on you! (this was 2pm) I called AGAIN, and of course the sales people (#1) answer pretty fast. I told the girl what I wanted, she said "there's nothing we can do to help you" I asked her to repeat that and she did!! Wow! After 8 emails with just generic replies, sending a copy of my card to them, calling, ordering twice and speaking to idiots, I got NOTHING! There are plenty of legit sites out there, DON'T USE FRAGRANCEX!!! This probably won't bother them but if I can stop just a few people from buying from FragranceX then I'll be happy. You will NOT be happy, AVOID FRAGRANCEX AT ALL COSTS!!

Do not buy from this company if you live in the UK. It is an American website (which is not made obvious until after your purchase) and you will be forced to pay import fees on everything you buy, making it much more expensive than local sites.

I urge anyone who is considering to do business with this company DON'T!!! You will pay significantly more than the price stated by the company. I was looking to purchase 100ml of Paloma Picasso perfume as a gift so I carried out a price comparison search and this FragranceX came up with a very competitive price. Delivery was fast however there was also an added surprise ....... an additional £17 duty charge! Needless to say I am a million miles away from being a happy customer! I paid £37.83 for the perfume and with the additional tax charge of £17 that brings my total purchase price to £54.83. I could have purchased the same item from Amazon for £42.83 (plus free delivery) and saved myself £12! I would urge FragranceX to step up and be more honest about the hidden charges to UK customers. In the information contained under their Delivery Information "Taxes & Duties" (found at the checkout point) it clearly states, in their words "No Tax unless in NY, some countries may collect duties, but most do not". Well myself and many other (unhappy) customers who have also written negative reviews have made you aware that when ordering from the UK, taxes are indeed charged!

I got charged £10 shipping, great I thought. Then I got a text from DHL asking for £25!!!! I spent £65 on perfumes so I had to pay it. STAY AWAY SERIOUSLY.
