should have known better by now. ordered dec 31. ad said 3-5 business days and free shipping. Not. shipping charge added and still no product.Tracking number showed 3 weeks ago still sitting at a N.Y. post office and now unavailable to track. Now they asked me if they could "intercept" the shipment if I could pick it up at my post office? I don't think i will ever see this product and i am out @35.00.

I have bought off them for Christmas 2015 and the items arrived late and I was hit with massive import fees to the UK. They ignored my emails of complaint and when I opened a paypal dispute they knew they had me over a barrel when after ages finally responded with if a send my families Christmas presents back to the USA at my own expense then I would get a refund! I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone to NOT !! deal with this company.

Only wish I'd checked for reviews before I ordered from these Cowboys. I bought 3 lots of Perfume as Xmas presents It was stated on the website as free shipping and delivery but now over a month after I received the stuff I get a bill from DHL of nearly £26.00 for VAT and disbursements when I Emailed Fragrance X and asked about the charges all's they replied was they cant be held responsible for the tax and I would have to pay it. I replied saying how disgusted I was with the whole thing as there was no mention of this on their website and they have not replied. Lesson learnt I guess. Buy from these charlatans at your own peril and expect another bill on top of what you have paid out Be warned !!!!!! Mel

Turns out that the parcel was stopped in Hong Kong and was destroyed as it was dreamed as dangerous goods. they wont reply to my emails now and or give me a refund

Thought I was getting a bargain especially free shipping then get a 17 quid duty bill to pay!!!!! iv just contacted bank and if u think u have counterfeit goods like those who say the perfume seems watered down, ring your bank and they will take up the dispute with the company for u and your bank will refund you first x

YET ANOTHER REPORT OF RIDICULOUS IMPORT TAXES,WHO HAS TIME TO FIND SOMEWHERE IN THE TINY ,TINY SMALL PRINT THAT THE SHIPPING IS NOT FREE....TOTAL SCAM. BE UP FRONT , PUT IT ON THE FRONT PAGE UNDER THE FAKE FREE SHIPPING CODE.....O NO YOU CAN'T CAN YOU ...YOU'D NOT GET THE SALES, DISHONEST, WONT EVER USE AGAIN

Like the rest of you I have been charged a fortune - £24 - to have my perfume cleared by customs. I'd send it back and demand a refund if I knew how - this almost doubles the cost. If there are others that have found a way of finding a refund, do let me know. I will make sure that no one else uses these charlatans.

I got a card through the door today from DHL it is for my perfume I bought from the above website at a very good price. I now have to pay £21.00 in Duty to DHL. If I had known this when i ordered, I would not have bought from them. I have now lost the saving in import duties! ! Don't bother!!
