FragranceXReviews of fragrancex.com

My young daughter bought gifts from this company with her pocket money, as it seemed affordable. A month later DHL threatening action unless my child pays £42 in import duty. Please do not use this company they are con artists! Cheating scum that should be held to account!

This company advertises cheap perfume and a month later DHL send you import charges that are 3/4 of the price of the perfume - I bought a perfume from them & with the added charges it comes to £65 - I could have bought this in the UK for £38. They should be reported to Customs & Excise as they just rip off everyone that is abroad. AVOID

i order before 3 months ago still i dint get my order and not caller ensor also he dont wont refund my money

The webite is not clear that you are ordering from outside the UK and I, like others, received a demand from DHL for £24. DO NOT USE!

Absolutely disgusting practice with hidden import charges when shopping is apparently covered. UTTER con artist and completely fobbed me off when I complained. DHL confirmed they know exactly what they are doing and it's listed on their labels to charge the buyer for customs charges. Wish i'd looked on here first.

They didn't mention that you have to pay the customs charges! It is not free delivery or free shipping. Very dishonest not to say that on the website. Very deceptive. I'm sure this must be illegal? Don't buy from this company.

Website shows different price than that you actually pay. Import tax is something the don't mention when you buy an item. I would stay away. There are other companies in web that are both equally priced and have a better service than fragrancex.
