No customer service. Once they take your money thats it, they are not interested. You cannot charge/cancel your order. I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

RIP OFF! Was told when item was delivered that I had to pay an extra £19 customs & VAT charges. Tried to return the item but FX had to authorise this which they didn't so the parcel got left on hold at DHL, UK, was then told by DHL that the parcels get destroyed after 30 days on hold so was forced to accept the parcel. Was unaware of this at time of purchase, thought the company was in the UK (based in USA). Delivery driver had 3 other items to deliver that day from Fragrance X all with extra charges, avoid if you live in UK.

I ordered a product from this site, and paid. I received the tracking, then the tracking stopped to be updated and the product never received, I wrote to their email many times and they always answered in this way: Thank you for your email and for ordering with FragranceX.com. Please note that your order shipped on xxx by postal service airmail and is in transit. Some shipments may be delayed by security in customs, and we apologize for this delay. Your package is on its way and will arrive soon. I appreciate your patience and look forward to serving you again soon." The product never received and I lost more than € 130

Extra charge of £15 requested by DHL - refused delivery and requested refund from FragranceX which has been denied. Now disputing this purchase with PayPal so avoid this Company at all costs!!

Just received my bottle of John Paul Gaultier Le Male 4.2 ounce within 5 days of ordering from fragrance x..........FAKE! Right off the bat I knew it was a KNOCKOFF because of the uneven paint job. Second of all I compared it with the real bottle at Macy's. The fragrance x version/fake is actually way brighter white in color when compared to the original. ...even though both bottles say 4.2oz......the fragrance x bottle version is quite larger....I'm not even mad at fragrance x because I did my due diligence and read nothing but NEGATIVE feedback. I knew the risk I was taking and STILL took a chance. I just cannot believe this company is still in existence. If I had a way of posting the side by side comparison pictures I would..........PS fragrance x will delete your Facebook comments.............if you go to Macy's and purchase fragrance, yes you pay more but you can get free tote bags and small sample fragrance bottles w every purchase...... I sell the bags to Craigslist and get almost $25 for every one. Just stay away from fragrance x.

***Update below Product: €33 DHL fees €42 I am a person who reads the small print before purchasing online and am rarely caught out. These guys are 5 star fraudsters! I was aware that customs duty and VAT would be added and also that DHL takes a fee for paying the duty on your behalf which was why I carefully watched the ordering process for any mention of DHL (their web page says it will be sent DHL or USPS). No mention until the confirmation where it stated will be sent DHL. Quick email and at the same time called them but magically the order had already been sent and their customer service recommended that the package be refused. Wrote to say that the package will be refused whereapon they responded that "if the package is refused then it often does not get returned to them and therefore they will not refund any money". I am very surprised that DHL is willing to burn their reputation so badly by working with such an internationally hated company. Turns out that there has even been investigative reporting done in the Netherlands about these fraudsters. Udate: Today my girlfriend was notified by PayPal that the entire sum has been paid back. Here is how: The package was refused (in accordance to the email from FragranceX). The package was returned to the nearest DHL center where it sat for a couple of weeks. FragranceX claims the package will automatically be returned. They lied. We wrote DHL and asked why the package was not returned and they informed us that FragranceX had been contacted and did not want the package returned. No package means no refund from FragranceX and eventually the goods are destroyed. These fraudsters don't care as they have your money! Claim made with PayPal stating that goods refused in accordance with instructions and that FragranceX had instructed DHL not to return the package but said they would not refund the money until the goods were returned. Letter from DHL as evidence. PayPal refunded the money :) Hopefully this will help others to fight these fraudsters and get their money back! FragranceX, if you are reading this... know that you are now out of pocket and we have had the last laugh!

Je ne recommanderai pas sur ce site, j'ai acheté 2 parfums pour un total de 59€, surprise DHL me harcele par mail et sms et email pour que je paie des taxes, c'est à dire la TVA : montant total 33€ !!!!!!!!!!!! Pourquoi ? car 20% de la valeur de la marchandise + 20% du montant de transport (que je n'ai pas payé mais que fragrance X a inscrit je ne sais ou (40€)) + 12€ de frais de dossier ..... En clair j'aurai du acheter les produits en parfumerie en France ça ne m'aurait pas coûté plus cher...

I too have just received a demand from DHL for custom duty and VAT which was not evident when I placed my order. It is cheaper to buy from the UK!! They are clearly cowboys and are very much aware of their obligations. PLEASE AVOID
