Ordered a fragrance in January, it was shipped on 13th of January. Now we are on the 23rd of February and I still haven't received the package. I sent several messages to their email but I always got the same "robotic" messages which told me to wait for the order to arrive; maybe my whole life. So I paid money, my order was shipped 5-6 weeks ago, I didn't receive anything and they don't even want to refund my money. Plus I paid $16 for the shippment. Never buy from this pathetic shop. I don't even know how they are let to handle things like this cause I see here there are complaints over complaints.

Produit pas cher, c'est vrai mais ce que l'on ne vous pas dit pas, c'est qu'il y a de gros frais à payer à l'arrivée. J'ai commandé en novembre 2015, 3 parfums valeur 130€ et en février 2016 TNT me réclame 41€ de frais.( 3 mois plus tard) Je réitère une autre commande fin janvier 2016 et cette fois c'est DHL qui me fait payer 22€ pour 2 bouteilles de parfums. Ne me parler plus de FragranceX. En plus, ils connaissent le problème mais ne font rien. Si j'ai un conseil à donner voyez plutôt ORIGINES site français avec seulement 6€ de frais d'envoi en totalité

Once you place an order it cannot be changed and this is because they know that the import tax is very high. They deliberately mislead customers into placing an order but once they've your money they are not interested. SAVE your money and shop locally, it will be cheaper than using fragrance X. I was charged £17 on top of the perfume cost and that was only for one bottle. I am so glad I didn't order several. TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!

This is a rip off. They claim "most countries do not charge import duty" but this is a lie and they know it which is why they won't let you cancel your order. The import tax is around 50% of the perfume price. Your perfume will end up costing a lot mire than if you bought at home. Do not waste your money, use a local shop!

A poor company only interested in the US market. All other countries get a massive import tax bill. Mine was an extra 50% on 1 bottle of perfume. Made it a VERY expensive purchase. BUYER BEWARE!!

I bought a bottle of marc jacobs daisy from this site on the 9th December. Estimated time for delivery was way before Xmas 2015. Still nothing received by xmas day! After getting in touch with the company a couple of times it finally came mid January! The box looked legitimate but when the bottle was opened by the person I bought it for you could tell it was a complete fake! The perfume was a green colour with floating bits and the flowers on the top were a very cheap plastic. Not marc jacobs standards at all. I paid just over £41 for the 100ml but wish I'd actually spent the extra £30 for a bottle from boots then it would have been real. Total let down. I advise anyone to read reviews about the 'COMPANY/BUSINESS' before buying anything over the Internet. And most certainly don't buy perfume from here!

I bought a tester bottle but received rubbish instead. 100% fake. Do NOT waste your money and time!

Placed an order for 1 bottle of perfume & ended up paying 50% duty extra. Turned out to be the most expensive bottle I ever had. Fragrance x were rubbish, they didn't want to help. Once they had my money that was it, they weren't interested. SAVE YOUR MONEY & SHOP ELSEWHERE
