FragranceXReviews of fragrancex.com

The order came quickly, just as described, price was fantastic, everything was great except one crucial thing. It doesn’t spray correctly. It has a faulty spray-top. It sprays a line drive of liquid like a water gun. You can’t spray yourself with it unless you want to get your clothes soaked. You can’t even spray it in the air and walk into it because it doesn’t spray a mist, just a direct line of liquid. I would please like a replacement bottle or reimbursement of some sort.

The lotion was not real...it did not smell like the fragrance I ordered.

All l buy for you guys the are very good and l like them

Package was all intact. Perfume was nicely enclosed in a clear plastic box. Great size However....I don't remember the perfume smelling that way?!? It wasn't bad, but it wasn't the wonderful smell that i was so in love with years ago. So whatever they did to change it wasn't working for me. I wont be investing any more of my money with this company.

Wasn't Happy with Petal Flowers by Tracy Ellen it smell old like it's just been sitting there

The shipping is very fast as indicated by other customer reviews. However, I recently discovered that some of the perfumes that I've ordered from this company is not authentic. I just called the company today and was told to send back the perfume so they can do an investigation. I'm extremely disappointed as I purchased at least five fragrances from this company in the last four months.

I ordered and paid for 2oz bottles of Just cavalli for men and instead I got 1oz bottles. I keep calling but no answer. If I do not here back within 3 days I will ask for my bank to take action.....
