I was on a waiting list for 8 months for a perfume, I finally got the email that they were in stock. I made my order,, charged me and sent me a confirmation. Waited almost 2 weeks with no update. Then got a email saying saying I should get a shipping confirmation in 1-2 days and a apology for taking so long. After 4 more days of nothing I got a email saying all the perfumes were damaged and that they were cancelling my order. After talking to other customers on a forum it seems that they never really had any of these perfumes in stock. So disappointed and a huge waste of time. I was refunded no problem. But when your site says in stock and you send a email saying it will ship 1-2 days, only to wait 2 1/2 weeks to hear every single perfume was damaged (which I find hard to believe) seemed fishy. They should offer a higher discount code or something for the inconvenience, I know a lot of people were mad about this.

I'm a frequent online shopper, never have I had a worse experience with an online store. It's been over 8 months & I haven't received my order and obviously I'm not going to in the future. They kept sending my the same robotic e-mail when I told them the order is late, they kept saying it is on the way and if the order has been sent back to them they will refund me. Once day maybe 6 months later the tracking number just stopped working, I told them I want a refund, they never replied! I sent from another e-mail they still completely ignored my e-mail! Even though they replied to all my other ones, but once it's obviously time to refund and they cannot stall me any more they just ignored. I'm DISGUSTED with this company, and very upset at how they can just steal my money! Do NOT place an order with them, they are cheats. STAY AWAY!

j'ai commandé deux parfums pour un montant d'environ 125,- euros et le lendemain, sms de DHL !!! frais de douanes à régler, sinon, le paquet n'est pas livré ; sympa ; donc j'ai payé 38,- euros de frais de douanes, ce qui me ramène à un prix presque identique que sur les sites français ; on ne m'y reprendra plus ; ces indications sont données sur le site, mais il faut tout éplucher et bien sûr, comprendre l'anglais

ordered in nov 15 still after 5 months no sign of delivery,customer care making fake excuses,they took money but neither deliver nor refund

If you order in the UK you will be charged a minimum of £16 in VAT and additional charges by DHL for delivery ...I've never felt so conned and I have refused to pay ! FragrenceX do not reply to emails and do not make you aware of this when you order ....I'm absolutely disgusted , the worst website I have ever come across !

J'ai commandé plusieurs fois chez FragranceX, mais maintenant vous avez des frais, j'ai du payer 23 euros par DHL, du coup j'ai payé le parfum plus cher que si je l'avais acheté en France, plus jamais..............

Honestly the worst website ive ever used. Bought perfumes for 90$ with my visa, they sent me an email saying payment on hold. I waited 2 day and then checked my credit card balance and found that they took the 90$ and didnt send anything and even cancelled my order. Do not buy!

What a con. Eau de toilette cost £36. DHL asked for £17 import duty. I refused so parcel taken back. Website is very misleading. Cheaper to buy in Boots etc. Will never use this site again.
