I ordered a fragrance still available in retail stores. Looking for a little discount through FragranceX on current item. Same Bottle, same packaging, same bottle, not the same product inside the bottle. A TOTAL RIP OFF fragrance was not the same and it was not that great of a saving off of retail pricing. I thought possibly because there was not a tremendous discount off retail product that it was real product. "Fool me once shame on you twice shame on me" well twice will never happen.

Purchased fragrance 24./5/16 but their delivery company TNT delivered to wrong address and the recipient took possession of my goods without intention of returning. TNT after contacting FragranceX advised FragranceX will reimburse me for lost goods. Sent FragranceX numerous emails with one response they are investigating. After a long silence sent more emails and got some computer generated response not related to my query. Raised issue with Pay Pal- FRAGRANCEX ADVISED I RECEIVED DELIVERY!! knowing that it was delivered to wrong address and I've never received goods. Disgusting behavior by huge company who does not give rats behind about a customer satisfaction. How terrible! Be warned that if something goes wrong with your order do not expect reimbursement or any response from them. FRAGRANCEX SIMPLY DOES NOT CARE! but will keep your money- that;s for sure. Never ever will I buy from or recommend that horrible company! the supposed savings not worth all that what happens if things go wrong..

ok so have a wedding coming up and looking for some good aftershave they have on their website versace versus,now this after shave is an old classic,to give you an idea i have a 21 yr old son and i remember i use to use it before he was born,quite an old aftershave and i did a searcha and its a discontinued product that was originally around in the 90s would you buy a product that is apparently discontinued,i decided to go ahead anyway as they were offering it for £26 which is also quite cheap for an aftershave,then for whatever reason they had the total at over £30 decided to not go ahead witht the purchase,to me seems a fake product but also the price is higher than they originally state which is what other consumers were advising

I bought I perfume from their web site on 23 of may. Today 13 of June and the product is not still arrived. I sent them 1000 mails, by describing the situation. All they say , it is not on their hand. I asked for money-back because there was no product delivered to me. They did not even care. All the mails that they sent was like automatic response. In every kind of online web site there is a section where you can cancel order and get your money back. In theirs there is no! They don't care about customer satisfiction at all! I think they are fraud! PEOPLE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM !!

I had purchased some inexpensive perfumes through Fragrancex in the past, always charged correctly and shipping was fast. This last purchase I did, I purchased several perfumes, including the Versace Absolu. Fragrancex claims their products are authentic, however, this perfume says otherwise. I have purchased this item before through Sephora, and the smell is totally different, this one does not stay and smells how you would smell the day after you have been out drinking the whole night! Funny but true, it's awful. Never again will I use that website.

Not authentic as told. I got my 1st order of perfume. Delivery was good enough and packing also good. When I open the perfume its look good and smell very well. after some 10 spray, I feel the difference. Its strength reduced to 50% and did not last more than 40% of time what it last before. I got doubt now and want to return it. they ask me to send it to them packed one.

The company get pre authorization and never shipped the good I call my credit card company and say was charge of my card, I call the Fragrancex and the customers service say the company never get pre aprove credit card.
