Notice how the positive reviews are only by newbies who have placed only one order? I had several orders and for a while things were fine. Great prices for hard to get fragrances, no fakes. Then I received a damaged box which wasn't good. Then a perfume which was not the one on the site, their photos were incorrect, it was a different edition etc. Then, one order failed to turn up. I waited a month (here in Australia). I emailed them and they said just wait longer. So I did wait six weeks, and several times they kept brushing me off which was clearly a delay tactic to get me off their backs, my package was either lost or I suspect severely damaged to the point it was discarded somewhere. I was furious, I had been a regular and loyal customer. My bank came to the rescue as I phoned them and they were very sympathetic. I got my money refunded via credit card chargeback. I was able to show my bank via my bank records etc. that I had never used chargeback before and I promised that I would not use that company again. Take my advice, even if you have a pay a little more elsewhere. FragranceX lost my future business.

I ordered fragrance on July 11th. It was never received. I emailed company several times, I was always told, item was being delayed by Customs, but Tracking says item is in Jamaica N.Y. Matter has now been referred to PayPal.

"Please note that we are unfortunately not able to recall a package once it has shipped from our warehouse, additionally we are not able to cancel or refund for any order that is still in transit" that was the last message that end me to the making this review that mean they don't care for customers and just stealth the money read their answer again and you will decide i e-mail all those people ( Vinnetta , lee , ,Renee ,Salihah ,Debbie ..) and others all same thing also i e-mail the manager and he ignore my message DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered Dot perfume and it arrived in a box...no protective packaging. There was only a very small amount of perfume in the bottle and it was damaged so much I had to throw it away. I e-mailed Fragrancex and sent photos. They would only refund me half the money, saying that I'd 'recieved' the goods!!! Still arguing with them for a full refund!! This company is a complete RIP OFF. Please don't be caught out like I was as it's alot of money to lose

I should have read all the reviews before buying from Fragancex. I have been a user of Chloe perfume for many years and I can tell it's a fake with the first spray. It smells totally different from the original and it's a bit acidic. When I tested it again on my wrist, it has a slight burning sensation on my skin. The texture of the box is also very different. Shame on you Frangancex, you should have been honest with your customers

I wish I have checked their reviews before I order.Terrible customer service. They ship to Canada via CanPar which is another bad shipping company. They just returned my package without even attempting to deliver! I kept emailing FragranceX customer service asking for help but they were not helpful at all. It took more than 6 weeks to get a refund and of course, I lost the shipping money. I will never buy from FragranceX again!

I ordered Guerlain habit rouge, stupidly cheap, something like 28 quid. I remember trying some in NYC and the stuff was still on me even after a shower. This bottle though, smells niceinitially, albeit somewhat different , then completely disappears. No longevity, weak sillage. You feel like you have a clone of the original juice, minus any quality. I see they sell stuff that, as other reviewers have said, has been discontinued for years. I didn't go with my gut instinct. Chances are, if you are looking for something that no other sellers seem to stock anymore, there is a reason these fellas do....its a fake....baby!!!
