Honestly if I could give it 0 stars it would still be too much for the disgusting service of this site...not only did i pay almost 700 $ for perfumes but i got 400$ back and apparently my order just cancelled itself. I didn't even get to see the perfumes and i'm already out 300$. I want all my money back! customer service was no help saying that everything looks alright from their end...i'm sure if they lost 300$ and received no perfume they would be as mad if not more than I am. If anyone thinks of ordering from this site to save some money I suggest you just go and buy it full price...then you don't need to pay shipping, converting to US dollars or border taxes.

I ordered 4 items with order# 18787151 but received only 3 and 1 of the items I received was smaller than I actually ordered. So I sent an e-mail to the customer service, which is as follows: Hello, for my order# 18787151, I am missing the "Burberry Sport by Burberry 2.5 oz Eau De Toilette Spray for Men, Item #465651. Also I have ordered for Burberry Sport Ice by Burberry 2.5 oz Eau De Toilette Spray for Men, Item #482554, but received 1.7 oz. I need to be addressed this issue asap please. They deserve a 0 star but for the purpose of rating, you have to at least give them one and that's why they got one...

i read some people said that this company selling authentic fragrances so i end up buying from them. i made a lot of orders BUT only some of it arrive to me. others were lost and guest what? they do not want to refund it. they said that " Thank you for your email. We unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses ". PLEASE EVERYONE DO NOT BUY FROM FRAGRANCEX. their customer support is the worse especially the one name Lee. i lost a lot of money AND some of the orders i received contain only half authentic fragrance the other is fake. THEY WILL NOT ASSIST YOU ANYTHING!

Ordered perfume in august, never received. Been contacting them since asking for refund. Kept fobbing me off - It's now the middle of october and I have had to open a paypal dispute to gain my money back then received an email from them telling me to close the dispute then they can help me!!! DO NOT ORDER from these people!!!

They charged my card and then wanted a faxed copy of my drivers license! They repeatedly denied receiving payment even though my BANK CONFIRMED they received the funds. I also had to cancel my card and file a fraud claim.

I live in Australia and ordered a bottle of cologne through their site. The prices were quoted in AUD. I paid the fee plus additional transaction costs and my order was underway. When eventually arrived, the goods were completely damaged. I contacted them immediately via email and was told they needed to investigate. I had to hound them for 3 weeks and eventually, I received an email saying the amount was to be refunded. But the refund was in USD and did not cover transaction costs. I phoned them, and the service was absolutely horrific, the consultant did not think it was reasonable to refund me in AUD, stating that if I had to pay transaction fees, that was my problem, and if I had made a FOREX loss on a bottle of cologne, that was too my fault. All this, and then the fact that it clearly states that their policy is to send a new product, should the delivered product be damaged, rather than a refund. When questioned about the damaged goods policy, she simply said it does not apply to international orders (not stated anywhere on their website). Yes it is only a few dollars, but is the principle that grinds my gears, and how it was handled. I am concerned that this is how they handle other international disputes and feel it is completely out of line.

I decided to purchase from Fragrancex over eBay thinking it would be a guarantee I'd receive an authentic product. When I received my order today, I could tell immediately upon opening the box it wasn't right. I've been wearing this scent for years. When I took out my full size bottles and compared them to the smaller ones I had just received, the ones fragrancex sent me were completely off in color and smell. Truly disappointing that they would try to scam people like that. Will never be ordering from them again and would advise others not to as well. I immediately called customer service and was sent a return shipping label within minutes. Now the fakes are on their way back to the warehouse!
