Bought a bottle of Creed Aventus. Fake. The real cologne's scent lasts for days, even after having shirts laundered. The "cologne" I received from these scam artists evapourated without a trace within 2 to 3 hours of application. Filed a complaint with the BBB--they should be shut down and "x'd" out of existence. Save your money, time, and hard feelings, and don't deal with this fraudulent bunch of scammers.

I wish I had seen this before I ordered last week. My order shipped very quickly and everything looked fine until I put it on. It is NOTHING like what I have purchased before from a reputable department store. The only reason I purchased it from FragernceX is that it has been diacontinued. Never again.

I ordered Cappucci de Cappucci & it smells like cough medicine. In the same order was Rive Gauche which I had planned to give a friend for her birthday. As I was concerned about the authenticity after the first perfume I decided I should smell it before giving it to her. It smells like a cheap cologne from the $2 shop. If I can't trust them to give me the real perfume I ordered how can I trust them to refund my money if I send them back? Avoid this shonky business. I have learned my lesson to the tune of $92.51.

HAVE HAD THIS PERFUME BEFORE AND BOUGHT THROUGH FRAGRANCE X DUE TO BEING A FEW DOLLARS CHEAPER! SMELT NOTHING LIKE THE ORIGINAL WAS OBVIOUSLY FAKE. WON'T BUY HERE AGAIN!

Is there anyone from NZ that can advise how I can get my money back from a product that I have never recieved. I have had no luck with the company and I continue to get a generic response saying my package is on its way, or it is being held in customs. I've also had one stating that it was being returned to the company and once this happened I would get a refund. I'm over it but have no idea what I can do to get my money back here in NZ. Any advise would be appreciated!

Received a fake bottle and I tried to get my money back, but fragrancex.com were not willing to help: they said they would give part of my money back after I returned it back... I was going to lose money anyways. It is a crime to sell counterfeit products and carrying them is dangerous: is the content toxic or hazardous? Shipping this back and knowing that it's a counterfeit product could get me into legal problems. Don't bother to send emails to support: it is pretty much a bot that changes name (Jaclyn, Hector, Michael, Debbie, Christina). So far I have: - Filed a report with The Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre; - Called my credit card company; and, - Informed the company that produces my perfume. Google should punish their google rank or people will keep experiencing fraud. Hope this helps

My heart sank when I came to this site. I usually only order from Amazon or well known retailers. I did something different and now I'm paying the price :-( I discovered this fragrance on a cruise. There was a duty free shop we had to walk through the 3 days we were at port and I spritzed this perfume on two days. I loved the fragrance and how long-lasting it was. I'm a comparison shopper so I decided to purchase online. I got it just now and eagerly opened it and spritzed it on my wrist. And nothing. Literally smelled like nothing. Not a faint scent. NOTHING. Like water. Not even an alcohol scent. I even licked it and it basically tasted like water. So basically, I feel like I've been scammed and received a bottle full of water. I am really, really upset. I have written them and asked for a refund, but now this is a waste of my time having to deal with the return and I am without the fragrance I ordered. I'm hoping they won't give me a hard time since I opened the box, but we will see. Also, anyone can tell the positive reviews are fake. If the FragranceX people were smart, they would create fake 3 and 4 star reviews instead of making them all 5 stars. It's really obvious when you have all 1-stars and then have a few 5 stars peppered in there.
