i placed an order and never received it even though it says delivered. pls either refund my money and give me my order

The company is trying to cheat and get money from inattentive people. The prise changes at the end of buying process. Bad way to treat your customers!

Ho ordinato Ralph Lauren Blue di 68 euro mai arrivato oltre a pagare dazi doganali di 22 euro. Il pacco conteneva una scatola di crema della quantita' di un cucchiaino e una lima per unghie in omaggio. Ho inviato diverse mail con foto, mai avuto soldi indietro nè soluzioni alternative. Pessimo sito.

FrangranceX…….you have FAILED!!!!! when you cheat people, you well suffer the consequences. Don't bother with this company…….inside corruption buying perfumes and colognes from China.

fragranceX.com sent me a tracking number over a week ago and I could see all the tracking info on CanPar website. However, when I called CanPar the customer service rep said that they had NEVER picked up my order from fragranceX. Yet fragranceX said they've shipped my order already and refused to refund or reship. And CanPar's website shows all the tracking info and it stopped at " Canada in transit " for over a week. Isn't it preposterous that CanPar hasn't even picked up my order, yet its website shows my order was delivered all the way from New York to Burlington Ontario and stopped there in transit for over a week? CanPar is the worst delivery company on planet earth, and it has colluded with a scamming website fragranceX.com. So many buyers have been scammed by fragranceX.com, and most of them have never even reveived anything. If you're lucky enough to receive your order from fragranceX.com, then congratulations you've got a fake perfume/cologne.

It wasn't like that my previous experience, this time I ordered 5 perfume, total around 600 USD. They sent an e-mail and ask my ID copy, and copy of my visa card front and back! Suspicious? Here is that part of e-mail. Decision is yours "Your order is currently on hold for card holder security. Please email or fax us a copy of your identification and credit card front and back."

I purchased Samsara and insolence last Christmas .The product is fake the bottles and boxes look original but what is inside is fake....i reported this company to Pay pal and trading standards UK...no one can get their money back as the shipping costs out weigh the purchase costs to send back...do not know how they are still going....................!!!! Shocking.
