FragranceXReviews of fragrancex.com

I ordered 3-all 3 are fake-thankfully I paid with PayPal and will be guaranteed a refund AND shipping if Fragrancex doesn't sent a prepaid shipping label as requested. LOOK UP HOW TO SPOT A FAKE PERFUME - YouTube is amazing -- they smelled good but only lasted about 30-1hour on all 3 - I spent almost $200 on the 3 -- Shame!

This company was out of stock of Betty Boop. Months I waited and finally rec'd an email telling me it was back in stock. On the website there was a picture with a figurine on top and one without. As a consumer how the hell am I supposed to know? I bought the bottles simply because of the figurine. Well it came in the mail, with NO figurine. I wrote them approx. 6 times and all I got was a useless form letter. Finally I called and spoke to Michael and I don't envy his position! The bottom line is that the testers don't come with the actual figurine. This should be stated clearly on the website so that customers can make an informed decision. The shipping to me was 13.85 CA and to return shipping is 13.50 CA They refund my purchase but still charge me for the shipping. So the shipping ends up costing me 5.00 more than the product?! So I decided to "eat" it, it would not be worth my while to send it back. Michael was sweet and apologetic but he is only the messenger. He has to uphold a policy that is unacceptable and unreasonable. There are many fragrance outlets out there and I will no longer be spending my hard earned money on this site.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! Bought a Jo Malone Fragrance from this site, not only they have sent me a completely different scent (bought an Assam & Grapefruit while received just Grapefruit where I could get this from local shop) and it also looks dodgy by the codes shown on the bottle - which you don't see that on the colognes from stores. Sent an email straight away to their CS, but they have replied me nothing but just a screenshot of my order! Could deal with a robot with more courtesy! WARNING!!!!

Tried to order Jivago 24K for a Mother's Day gift. I made sure that it would get here in time so it was not rushed. I never received a shipping notification. I looked up my order number and found out my order was canceled. They didn't even send me an email saying it was canceled or why it was. When I contacted they did nothing to help but kept asking for a copy of my ID and credit card. Please don't use this company for anything it just a big scam...

I decided to try fragrancex, I thought I bought dolce and gabbana light blue, but it was an imposter, it was watered down and leaked when I sprayed it.... I will never buy from that company again... I'm going to continue to buy from the mall, it's expensive but I know it's authentic... when you have been wearing a fragrance(s) for years you definitely know what they smell like and that d&b was FAKE!

i buy Emporio Armani Diamonds Cologne but its not original its very weak and different perfume bottle . the old one i had there is writing ROCKS in the bottle but what i buy from this web sit no writing

I am thinking about ordering something from them but have finally given up for good because I just don't like how they are trying to trick you by sending you numerous emails stating you can get certain % discount (i.e 15%)by applying coupon code plus Free Shipping Worldwide. Well, there is no such FSW in conjunction with the coupon discount. The shiiping fee is AU$21.19, rather expensive for a 30ml serum. Anyhow, I would rather order from allbeauty.com from now on as they offer much competitive price with free shipping worldwide.

I ordered caron's perfume, but same name different fragrance sent to my house. And I can't trust because they are still selling.I have refunded but I will not shopping again.
