I wore Enigma for years and was thrilled to see that FragranceX stocked it. I ordered it and it smells NOTHING like the real thing. I am sending it back and hope they will give me a credit.

The perfume I sent for was Rogue by Rhianna, looked ok BUT, after a few seconds of spraying it on its gone!! Also the ROGUE lettering on the bottle scrapes off!! I emailed them & told them what was wrong, they said we don't sell knock offs!! Oh & can I send them a picture of what's wrong with it!! The scientists of this world haven't yet mastered the art of sending a smell (that isn't there) by. EmaiI!! So angry that I fell for this crap!!

Never buy from them they are the worst company i have always deal with, they lie to costumers as it was ok i placed an order and they never send the report to ups in order to see what day and time frame the package was going to be delivered i was on the phone for three hours calling ups and their costumer service making them understand that they had to upload that in order for me to see the info at ups.com they never give you an honest answer you ask them for that and they respong with the package progress or saying they dont understand the question or that ups have to contact them when ups told me they dont dictate on that report that they are the one who has to upload the info. Please dont buy with them they are frauds and you might loose youe money. Besides they really unreapectful they dont let speak they interupt you every single second so you give up and hang up. This frauds should be not supported

Avoid this one if possible. I never did get my order. Make them, before you pay,,, to explain ALL shipping issues.

My credit card was charged more than it says on the order receipt. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

After 3 phone calls and endless annoyance, I cancelled my order when they insisted on proof from my bank that I was the card holder. When the bank phoned to authorize the charge, they wanted my social security number, which I, OF COURSE, refused to give them.

Shipped product 10 hours after I had cancelled my order despite asking for confirmation that the order is cancelled. Now will not refund and the customer service rep who's name starts with Hec... seems to not understand basic English or customer service. Buyer beware!

I received nothing .. and no refund .. they are thieves 😡
