They don't even deserve 1 star Horrible experience with them and awful customer service. I placed an order 14 days ago for 4 items. 11 days after placing my order i contacted them to see why my items still weren't shipped. I was informed one item was out of stock and i could either wait for it to come in stock or request a refund. I said I would wait because I really wanted the item. The next day they refunded me. I contacted them and asked them to refund the shipping because I would have to pay shipping again once the item came back in stock. They sent me a response advising the remaining items were being shipped shortly. Today I noticed another refund from them. When I contacted them They said another one of the items were not in stock so they issued a refund. I requested a manager contact me. Shortly after I get an email saying my entire order was cancelled!! What an absolute waste of time and money (due to exchange rate I was not refunded the same amount i paid).

OMG! Ordered perfume from the Uk got to me surprisingly quickly. Totally different perfume to the picture. Tried to return the product with 2 different couriers only for it to be sent back to me as it's prohibited to travel to the US. And it's illegal to sent perfume with alcohol in it. The paxkaging was totally fake so thankfully I didn't open it. I've lost £183.00 totally stressed out NEVER USE FRANGRANCE X. THEY ARE A FAKE PERFUME COMPANY WITH NO RETURNS PROCEEDURE. your on your own. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Hands-down the worst fragrance company on the internet today. They boast about customer service, shipping, etc. Half their items are not filled to the top, some of them are testers that are re-boxed, and the owner is a 1-man wrecking crew who will post anything online (using different names and different aliases to write reviews and positive content) when the real customers are the ones who are displeased with the service and post honestly. I was a customer of theirs for years, and was tired of getting less than optimal service. Other online fragrance companies are MUCH better. I'd name them but I'm assuming this review wouldn't get posted. AVOID FRAGRANCEX IF YOU WANT QUALITY PRODUCTS!

The company requires your personal and confidential personal information as well as asking you for a picture of your card and your picture about your account statement and picture. Your purchase requirements for this company if it is actual or fake

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! product was shipped to a different country and the company offered no compensation. So money down the drain..

I made an order of one of my favorite perfumes (perfume & eau de toilette). I received my package very quickly but only to discover that it contained fake perfumes - horrible smell!! On top of that any attempt to speak to the company was in vain. They don't respond to emails and their customer service (over the phone) is not able to help, neither will let you speak to any of the managers. Have you noticed that nowhere on their sites does it state who manages this company? Neither will their customer service answer this question. At this stage, I paid for the products, paid for shipping them back, but was not refunded for any of those. I will not recommend to any one to deal with this company!!
