Pathetic service, bought perfumes worth 170 USD from the site and its been 2 years never made it to my home. customer care never responded to mails and ARE A PIECE OF BS.

They send promotions that never works. I send many emails to them but nothing seems to help. It was free shipping worldwide-code (FSW) to Finland. When looking shoppingcart it looks ok, but when finishing the order you must pay shipping costs normally??? W.T.F!! And the answers to my emails are full of bullsh*t!!

They don’t even deserve one star! Fake knock off perfume! I ordered and it smells nothing like real deal! Very rude customer service people! Never again will I order from them! Awful experience!

Will never shop here again! Completely dishonest about hidden costs! Will not reply or even acknowledge complaints.

I ordered La Vie Est Belle on 9/7/17, which I have worn for years. However, since I had some of my last bottle left, I didn't open it until December. Does this company think we're idiots? I know what it smells like and the product I received is nothing more than scented water! I might as well have just flushed $70 down the toilet! I would never recommend from buying from this so called company!!!

I have been using the same cologne for thirty years. I ordered some from this company. Upon arrival, I sprayed a generous amount on my body and could not perceive the fragrance. I, then, sprayed it around the room like air freshener and summoned my family. I asked if they recognized the aroma which should have been familiar to them as this scent is quite recognizable. Unanimously, they agreed that the smell was imperceivable. Apparently, this company has found a way to buy the packaging for these products without actually purchasing the product. The pool of first time bargain hunters obviously is substantial enough to make repeat customers unnecessary.

The website is not safe!! After one day since I placed my order on this website my credit card made an unauthorized transaction to this website again with the amount of $1, my bank found this unnormal transaction and froze my card immediately, still waiting for the e-mail from the website to explain what's happened. Totally ruin my mood today:(

Ordered Halston 1-12 Cologne and received a copy cat cologne that smells nothing like Halston 1-12. Garbage !!!!!!!!!
