product takes more than 4 weeks to arrive and the customer service never answer your question but replies with template answers. upon arrival, my perfume leaked and was ruined, totally unable to give out as a gift apart from the lateness. This is terrible service. I am located in Southeast Asia. I am deeply disappointed as this was my first order!

Product never arrived, "out of stock". However, a couple of days later the product reappeared on the site at double the price, which they would no longer sell at the original price. This company is a FRAUD!!!

They don't care about you. The perfumes I bougth never came. They say the pack was sent and as a courtesy, they'd contact the carrier and give me a feedback. After several e-mails, nothing. Lost my money. They lost a consumer. And I suggest you don't take your chances. You may be the next.

I purchased a fragrance from this company and received a FAKE one. The color and the smell is so different than the authentic perfume. Whomever give 5 stars to this company (Scammer) must be the owner or employee.

They take your money and don't post the products out . they show a fake sheet from the shipping company with some fake name on as proof of delivery . i checked the tracking number on all the postal services they say they use and none recognized it. .No customer services to speak of .

Bought from Fragrance X in November...products never arrived at destination Purchases were redirected back to company, 34 days later still not arrived back at depot( according to them) and still no refund. Will definitely not recommend this company. Never purchase from them...customer service is the poorest in the world no help whatsoever.

Absolutely disgraceful business to deal with. Booked an order 2 weeks ago to be told out of stock at the last minute to late to order anything else. Just refunded my order via email with no explanation or apologies. Ow chasing up refund as it has not hit my account. Could never refer these people to anyone. Have used Strawberrynet previously will definitely be going back there in the future. Stay away from this company.
