FragranceXReviews of fragrancex.com

The "tester" leaked during shipment , there was 1/4 of the bottle left. The other bottle of perfume seems watered down as the fragrance doesn't last. 😞👎👎

The cologne I ordered Paul Sebastian from you was terrible I have been using this delux cologne for over 35 years, the 8oz bottle i purchased had no scent at all and was even shipped to be with a tear in th bottom of the box. I would never order anything from your company again and I'll be sure to tell my friends as well. I just returned it today and hoping to get the refund on my credit card statement

Stay away from this mickey mouse company. On February 23, 2018, I ordered a 2.7 oz Guerlain Homme. I was contacted on February 26, 2018 stating that my order was on hold for credit card verification. I called that day and verified my information and my card was charged. Fast forward to March 1, 2018 and my order was still not released. I called and was told the product was out of stock. How in the world can something be out of stock if I ordered it and paid for it. The representative told me they operate on a first come first serve basis. This makes zero sense since I ordered the product before other customers who received the product. The problem was that they flagged my credit card and before it was verified they sold the item that I had paid for. This company is straight garbage. Stick with fragrancenet or notino and stay the hell away from fragrancex.

I purchased a bottle of Womanity (Thierry Mugler) which is distinguished by its pale pink colour. The contents of the bottle I received were very dark yellow. I expressed my concern by email, and was told that it was quite common to find differences in packaging??? It seems the customer service consultants are unable to comprehend simple English. By this time I’d already checked online reviews of this company and knew it’d be pointless pursuing the case. With regard to the positive reviews found here? I think they are probably as fake as the products sold by FragranceX. The company contacted me after this review was posted. They asked for my reference number. I replied as following: Message: When I sent the information previously, I received two very unsatisfactory responses which demonstrated clearly that my email had not been read. I also received approximately 6 more marketing emails. This company is a sham. I have learned an expensive lesson to always check reviews first. Furthermore, if they wanted to seriously fix this problem, they have my email address, and can locate the reference number themselves.

Hallucinant ! LA BONNE AFFAIRE QUE L’ON CROIT FAIRE AVEC FLAGRANCEX EST UNE ARNAQUE

If you are a wholesaler of FX beware, i just become their wholesaler and found out that they entice you with lower price than on9 retail buyer but then they increase your shipping 5x to take back that discount. So end up, your overall cost is higher than new customer but FX gain because they higher sales volume and profit than retail. And their CEO, Ron Yakuel is a slimey character that doesnt care about my complain and keep running around the bush and pushing me to buy first then discuss refund rather than fix the shipping calculator. I now have doubts about their products after communicating with their CEO. Its simple, if u cant trust the CEO, can you trust the products?

Their advertising is misleading, states that it has worldwide free shipping. On placing order, it charges me more for the shipping than for the product. Trying to reach them is near impossible and the response via email is the most pathetic ever. 4 different stories from 4 different machines. Very Very dissapointed

Really old stock so it smells nothing like the original. I bought Issy Miyake which I know and love. The brand new bottle I received from FragranceX smells like an old bottle I've had sitting around for 5 years. It smells nothing like an original fresh bottle should and is a different colour altogether. Same for the Armani Si. I'm really disappointed. Spent almost $200 on two bottles of perfume that don't smell or look anything like the originals do :(
