FragranceXReviews of fragrancex.com

My product that was suppose to be a cream lotion arrived in the box as a spoiled liquid that I could not use. It was old on the shelf and shipped to me anyway. I will return for a refund or want a good product. I ordered Jewel Alfred Sung.

Ordered and payed with PayPal. A few days later, got an email saying my money was refunded... no explanation. I bought what I wanted through Perfumania.com instead.

Muy Mala experiencia, ofrecen productos que no tienen en existencias. Nunca voy a volver a comprar en esa empresa. A todo el mundo le dire que no compren con ustedes.

I will not shop with Fragrance x anymore. They refused to send me my package after it was shipped to another address. I wasted 69 dollars for nothing. I had been a customer for 7 years without one complaint. My money will be better spent elsewhere.

i have had two orders cancelled

Deceptive advertising. When a fragrance changes its weight on the bottle & box . . . I expect the ad to have that change! I paid for 3.4 oz of Samsara as depicted on the ad as well as picture and received a 3.3 oz bottle. And when I brought it up to customer service I was informed that it is the same amount of sprays and I can return it. Instead of, “Thank you for bringing that to our attention. We will change our ad 24/7!”

I have NOT received my order

I ordered the wrong thing, immediately I called to cancel it and was told it would be. It was not. The item arrived and I returned it unopened. the refund is still forthcoming though I understand it was done. Well if the charge is made in a nono second why does it takes days for a refund?? Really?
