Fragrance X is great but a fragrance I’ve been inquiring about for a year or so now I still haven’t gotten any feedback if it’ll be avaialable again or not, it’s BOD Freshest Cleanest Can you look into that for me and get back to me if possible thanks

My ordered was canceled for no reason

Esta compania , tengan bastante cuidado , hace los envios con el correo y luego sin prueba algunas te dicen que dejaron tus compras enfrente de la puerta de tu casa y en la cual nunca dejan nada y luego que le haces los reclamos solo te dicen que vaya a las oficinas del correo, el cual como todos sabran es un caos y nunca te dicen nada ya que ni el correo nunca tiene nada ni da papeles de entrega, esta compania fragancex tengo un mes pidiendole mi mercancia la cual le pague por paypal y nunca la he recivido ni nunca me han enviado mi dinero, ahora me dicen que vaya al correo o que hable con paypal, tengan muchos cuidado son unos ladrones que estan a la espera de que alguien le compre para hacer eso mismo tipos de transaciones para robarle el dinero a unos cuantos como me lo ha robado a mi, tenga muchos cuidado comprandole le aconsejo que vayan a otras companias para sus compras que son muchisima mas seria que ellos y saben que su dinero puede estar mas seguro mucho cuidado con estos ladrones.

When it came, only half of what I wanted was available. You had no problem charging my credit card, but you did remove the cost of the missing product. Your service delivery failed because you chose NOT to keep the customer in the loop. YOU HAVE LOST A LONG TIME CUSTOMER....GOOD BYE.....

I understand things are out of stock. But don't send an email sayin order complete. Then in wait for 1 month and contact you cancel my order and i lose my shipping price. Nothing was shipped .... thanks.

Never got my shipment

I recieved used product.(Guerlain Aqua Allegoria) I can’t trust this company. I will never buy anything here again.
