I was so excited when my perfume came but was surprised when i can smell the perfume through the box only to find that 85%of the bottle spilled into the closed box. The glass wasn’t broken so I’m not sure what happened .

I paid for overnight shipping for birthday gift and at checkout it said will ship within 4 hours blah blah. Then was told that since it was Thursday overnight was actually 24-48 hours and the package would not be on time but Monday. I sent an email within the first 18 hours of my order saying to cancel if my package would not be delivered by Saturday. They never responded to that email. Then kept sending generic boilerplate robot unsympathetic insincere emails about how they are sorry but too bad. That customer service stinks. I will never buy another drop of anything from this crap store.
