I order two perfum they put my order in hold I call them call the Bank everything was in order and they still left my order in hold. I have to cancel the order and worst I Still dosent have any perfum. So sad.

I'm rating only my last two purchases. The online description and picture of the cologne I purchased is misleading. I use original British Sterling Cologne (which I can still get in the Spray version, which has been out of stock for months). The Splash version is not the same as the Spray version (which is still the original formulation as near as I can tell). The Splash version seems spicier and does not last as long. I thought I was getting the original formulation when I ordered the bottles of cologne (as there was no mention of it being Cologne Splash in either the description or the picture of the bottle), but it arrived as the Splash version. FragranceX has agreed to accept a return, at their expense, so that is good.

Price is way more then what it should be they sent me the sample ones and I checked the cologne price online it was way cheaper on Walmart and other stores plus one of my cologne was missing I called them and the lady was take a pic and we will contact u back and send as an email I sent them two emails no one respond me back.

I have been buying a male perfume for over a month and I have not received my product

The offer suppose to be gel and perfume, then I received only the gel, I felt stolen by This company. The tracking number is 24167798.

I never received the perfume I ordered but i pay for, they said I put the vrong zip codes and they said i after pay was$99,44, I was shopping before in this site, they have good products prices and service but now I am very dissatisfied

The size you send me was not the same size i ordered
