THE Customer service is terrible and irrogant. Though I had received a faulty item (which was supposed to be a present) and you did not reply to my inquiries and I have sent the whole order back on my expense, you would refuse to issue full refund! I would adsolutely not recommend to buy at FragranceX.

Order # 35904647 New Baby was completely empty upon arrival as it was not a sealed or wrapped bottle of New Baby. Its own box was saturated as well as the shipping box. Lucky me ordered 2 of that fragrance. I am sorry to have to report bad news. Everything else was swell! 2 dif order #'s. Thank you

They claim to ship same day I ordered on a Saturday and I expected it to Ship out Monday but it shipped late Tuesday. Still got it quick but just the site is miss leading

Giving 2 stars for customer service and the fact that I still have no email with any sort of tracking info. It’s been 6 days which is why im not giving only one star because I’m trying to be patient and not quick to jump to conclusions but that being said I emailed them 2 times asking about something strange happening with how they charged me but they never answered. I also was told I was going to receive a bunch of tracking info and still nothing. I understand covid and everything but seriously? The least you could do is answer your email.

Frangrancex was trying to charge my Credit Bank Account a certain amount of money illegally and this is a fraud. Of course my bank declined the amount. Unless their business website has been hacked. Never shopped online from this website though. Be aware!!!

I was given the wrong product and I emailed them 5 days ago and they still haven't responded.

I was not pleased. The scent is not what I remembered from a friend years ago.

My bottle was scratched up and it came with no top/lid.
