you told me you had my after shave and took my pament and never sent the order. One email said the order was damaged and the other said out of stock.

Did not receive my order and no one is caring apparently. Last time of my life I order here

FragranceX charged my CC for the full amt of the order on the day they opened my order. A week later, when the order should have already been with the shipper enroute to me, I got an email from FragranceX telling me "there was a delay, so sorry." THEN, I notice in my account online that it appeared one of the products I'd selected, WHICH WERE ALL SHOWN AS IN STOCK WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER, was not available. So I emailed them again, and ONLY THEN was I asked if I wanted to WAIT MORE or if the order should be sent w/o that item. By that time we were almost at two weeks since I'd placed the order. I instructed that they had already really bungled this order and to get it to me by all fastest means and forget the out of stock item. So I kept watching my order status inside my online account. At two weeks it was shown as "processing soon" - NOT EVEN SHIPPED YET!! Then I get the pkg and one of the items has been switched out to a "new" version of the fragrance I ordered, and they never corrected my CC charge to remove the item that was cancelled due to they ran out of stock after I ordered. Now I've had to email them asking why that was not corrected before it was ever shipped and to get it corrected right away. All in all, many, many problems. Will not do business here again.

The product that was advertised and shipped to me was not the authentic cologne. Your site makes the claim that all products are authentic and that is not true. The packaging or the ingredients were not the same as the original. I would never purchase anything from your company again.
