I never received it!! Please refund me.

It's not food service. After I place my order and they take the money from my CREDIT card. After 2 days they send me the money back to my CREDIT card with out any email to explain to what happened.

ENDED UP RETURNING THE COLOGNE. DID NOT SMELL THE SAME AS THE ONE AT THE STORE.

Worst experience ever: to charge me then sending emails that perfume will be on the way shortly...culminating with perfume is not existent therefore we don't have it to send it to you and will return the money....this us total BS when i was out of time n assume you are a reliable company. Pls cut all communication cuz ill never order anything from you!! Maybe you don't even exist!!

Have not received my package yet

I was solicited via email about a product I buy all the time that has been long out of stock. The email said we have it. I ordered two of the product. A week later I get an email saying there will be a delay. Meanwhile my card was charged. Two weeks later the charge is removed. I never got an explanation as to why. First I was solicited with a we have your product and then no explanation as to why they didn’t. Sad.

I was notified that an aftershave I have been waiting more than a year to come back in stock was finally here. I ordered two botles (8) oz each. And paid for them through Paypal. The next day I was told there was a delay in the shipping and that it may add 1 or two days delay. A few days later I was told that it was not in stock and my money would be refunded. My money was refunded and they put me back on the wait list. A pretty sad story that seems a little fishy. I don't believe it.
