Didn't like the perfume. I shouldn't have trusted the reviews.

Poor customer service. Website lists items as in stock that actually are not. Takes 5 days before you get any notification from them.

I didn't receive my order... when I pay for 2 days delivery, I called them and found that my order was place on hold without any notice. They just refund my money and even didn't apologize. If you want to buy... call them everyday to find what's the status on your order! Not even 1 star

Over priced. I was appalled after I made my purchase and saw the exact same item I purchased was $30+ cheaper everywhere else. The product seemed watered down too to top it off. I should have shopped around. I will probably NEVER shop here again.

I PLACE AN ORDER WITH FRAGRANCEX AND NEVER GOT IT PUT A SHIPPING ADDRESS AND BILLING ADDRESS THEY SENT IT TO THE BILLING ADDRESS INSTEAD OF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS

... difficult getting around the website. Checkout price didn't match promotional pricing (even with taxes etc). Fragrance.com was cheaper .... I'll stick with them.
