The cologne I bought (Mont Blanc) is water mix ‘FAKE’ not a real Mont Blanc I know off... was money lost to me because once I put the cologne on with in 5min it’s gone..

Order was never delivered as claimed. I'm done doing business with you.

The bottle was way to small for the price. I have returned your product and awaiting a refund.

I would just like to say that all the bottles of perfume I’ve previously ordered from FragranceX.com have been fine & worked correctly but the spray mechanism doesn't work on this last bottle that I just got. It’s a major inconvenience having a ful bottle that doesnt spray. I’d love to give you guys a 5 star review if this can be corrected with someone contacting me. After over 10 years of ordering from fragrance x they managed to NOT get my last order to me, even though I ordered not once, but TWICE! Then they had the unmitigated gall to tell me to order again! 'throwing good money after bad' ring a bell? Anyone? Anyone?
