How are you able to sell samples?

didn't get product, but they gave me a refund on it! I didn't see a reason shy I didn't get product though!

The fragrance I ordered was (Gucci sport), it was discontinued by Gucci a while ago but some carriers still had left over merchandise so I hoped that it would be the case with FragranceX; unfortunately, when I received the merchandise I figured out immediately that this is counterfeit. The fragrance they sent me is fake. :(

Something is not right with the cologne......i had 1 of those small vile testers and this does not smeel the same........seems like its a knockoff........

I feel I was a victim of bait and switch. Triple check your order before you make any purchase. I, for one, will not make another purchase.

I was confused. I used my PayPal balance. After I sent the order in my money was refunded and the order was canceled. I don't know why.

Après plusieurs commandes sans soucis, Fragrancex a subitement fait une erreur de code postal dans mon adresse, et les parfums ne sont jamais arrivés. Ils ont été déposés dans un point relais à Paris alors que j'habite dans le sud -ouest. J'ai vérifié mes données personnelles sur leur site, et mon adresse est exacte ! Comment ont-ils pu modifier le code postal sur une adresse pré-enregistrée ? Il y a manifestement un manque de rigueur dans la préparation des commandes. Par ailleurs, le service client ne propose aucune solution (ni remboursement, ni nouvel envoi) heureusement que j'ai payé via Paypal qui a enregistré et traité ma réclamation, car la somme engagée est tout de même de 145 euros.

Responded to e-mail with special offer and discounts for after shave and eau de cologne. Only received first item and when queried was told I had only ordered one even though I had pd for two items. Excuse about taxes and shipping yet these were dealt with in original offer. Extreme caution advised.
