This is the 2nd & LAST time I will buy here. The price they show is less than what they actually charge you AFTER your order is submitted! This is the 2nd time I was OVERCHARGED!!! Goodbye FragranceX!!!

My experience with Fragrancex website was bad experience!! Hello !! The first one the perfume in the can was only half the can and the other one has bad smill du to storage !! I only want to return back these perfumes and refund my money!! But no one respond!!!! How it comes !! You need to be responsible about your costumers satisfaction , and you must be sure about your shipment before send it !! You send the perfume just half the bottle!! Is that make sense? And I had received an email from you said that if you want to return back the shipment you should not have open it so how can I check it verry will ? I need to open it , so I opened and when I checked this problem I stopped use them because really awful , no one respond!! I only want to return back these perfumes and refund my money .

Placed an order and didn't receive confirmation or tracking in a week. Emailed them and they informed me two days later items were out of stock. Why not let me know that in a timely manner instead of me waiting nine days and having to contact them? I then asked for a refund. Within one hour of asking for the refund I received tracking info. Poorly run business. No communication on anything until I reached out after a week. Would never recommend this place!

I don't think the fragrance are original.

The purfume isn't the real product.. Don't buy from them.

I ordered several items from this company and never received them. After communicating with them through email they basically told me I was out of luck. Their responses are clearly prewritten for them and they repeat themselves and do not answer your questions. When I called in they told me I had to wait for an email response. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

The cologne is not original.... There is an obvious difference between it and the original

Package had no provision to keep it from being damaged by handling. Arrived broken. Poor performance by whoever does the shipping.
