So this morning I've placed an order.. Payment has gone out of my account but as I was doing transaction it said oops something gone wrong with payment.. Try again... Obv I aint made payment again.. But received no confirmation email....

I received my gift but it was very difficult to track the gift. When I clicked the tracking link it took me to an invalid page. When I called the 888 number I couldn't talk to anyone. So I ended up emailing.

I have ordered from FragranceX many times and have been satisfied with my product and delivery. Not so, this time. It seems not enough packing material was used. When I received my package, I thought maybe it had broke in delivery, but thankfully not. It seems the bottle was hitting the side of the box causing it to spray/leak on the inside of the package.

The experience for the ordering process was great, except that I would like to return the item as I was not completely satisfied with the scent and I would like to exchange it for a different fragrance or perfume. Can you please assist?

The sample selection was great! Unfortunately, several of the items I ordered were either almost empty or half empty. One item was defective and I couldn't open it at all. Waiting for a reply from Fragrance X regarding replacement product or refund. The remaining items were full, so that's good, it's a great way to discover scents without buying full bottles.
