Im kind of disappointed I didn’t receive my item. My box arrived empty. Carrier investigation was done a d us being done again it’s taking so long ;( .. I understand they have to protect their merchandise but what about there costumer? It was very expensive and it’s a fathers day gift a very important one. I just want my money bsck. ;( costumer service is pretty nice but I wish I had my refund.

I have never received my order even though I have been billed. Have tried to call but the support phones were down, however the sales lines were working when I called them they told me sorry! Not very happy right now!

For this to be my first purchase and receive my package with one of the items broken inside the box wasn’t satisfying. In addition when I called to inform you guys I gladly took pictures and submitted them, a return self address label was to be sent to my email of which I’m still waiting for hasn’t been sent yet. It’s going into 3 weeks now i’ve just decided to keep it. I’m not a happy customer .

I bought two perfumes - euphoria nd aqua di gio, from fragranceX .com . they dont smell real and dont even last 5 minutes.

The absolute worst customer service for wholesale I've ever encountered. Save yourself the headache and do wholesale business elsewhere!!
