I received the wrong cologne and the customer service rep told me to take a picture of it and send to them. I just want to exchange it. What a hassle

When I received my order the body mousse had opened and spilled in the shipping box. I notified the company right away and asked them to replace it (the other part of my order was fine). Three days later they wanted me to send the spillage and the contained back to them. Does anyone keep spilled items in boxes for any period of time, let alone days? I will never do business with them again and told them to take my name off their mailing list. Very disappointed and will not order from them again.

I bought two perfumes - euphoria nd aqua di gio, from fragranceX .com . they dont smell real and dont even last 5 minutes. In short they are fake. How can i get my money back? Can i take any legal action against them?
