The scent was awful. It smelled like black licorice. CLEARLY a knock off. I know what Cartier Declaration smells like, and it doesn’t smell like that!... AND, it was clearly not a full bottle!! I won’t be ordering from this site again. EVER!

The service was lousy. Due to your incompetence, you were unable to verify a standard Navy Federal Credit Union (Master Card) credit card & uncharacteristically requesting too much information to include a copy of my credit card which have been active for years with the same billing & delivery address. Requesting a copy of my credit card was too intrusive therefore I cancelled the order. Stop sending notifications related to products & delete my email address from your files.

The PO'EME I received smells NOTHING like the real thing!! Totally watered down .. can't even smell ANYTHING unless I triple the amount I usually spray on. VERY disappointed! I've used PO'EME for 20 years .. So I know a scam when I smell it!

I bought the dolce and gabbana light blue intense perfume, arrived through dhl, when I received the perfume I called the dolce & gabbana website, Their response was, I had to go to the Dolce & Gabbana store near my area٫ Then I discovered that the fragrance that I bought from the Fragrancex site is not genuine and is very different from the official store٫Please be careful, and stay away from this site. They tell you 2 days before fathers day that they cant fill your order!!! They will give you a refund -- but two days before the day you need it!!!

Web site claims 100% original & authentic but the one received is not. I have been using D & G light blue for a few years now and hence I can tell this is a fake one.

Even though the listing on website quotes ".17oz Mini" in very small print - to even think of charging a customer $50.00 for what was intended to be a "sample size", is highway robbery! Charging shipping on top adds insult to injury. Last visit for me -- I've asked to have all emailings halted
