Placed an order and it was cancelled without an explanation. Oh well, I'll take my business elsewhere. This has been the third bad experience here. NEVER AGAIN!

i ordered CH Men Prive, Versace pour homme and jean paul gaultier. I have been using them for some time and i know how they smell but what i got from fragranceX thinking that i am getting it cheaper is not even close to to the real essence. So what i have learnt that spend a few more bucks but buy from a company that sell you real stuff. Here these are all diluted and mixed with other stuff because believe it or not all three fragrances i got smelled almost the same. Shipping was fast, they keep sending you emails to keep you updated so customer service is very good, what you pay for is the product + customer service. unfortunately you dont get real product. now all these happy reviews i read before ordering are more focused on fast shipping and customer service, try find some reviews about the product quality too before you make a decision.

When I received my order, the bottle was 3/4 empty; it was packaged incorrectly so the bottle leaked; evidently, it had gotten too hot because the perfume had changed "fragrance " --- it smelled horrible. You need to refund my money and I will never order from you again. Mildred Cundy
