My first time ordering from FrangranceX. They sent me the wrong item. I contacted them, and I had to take picture of item that was sent to me. They didn't even believe me when I said I had the wrong item. I shouldn't have to prove what I received. If it was what I ordered I wouldn't be contacting the company and wanted to send it back. Its inconvenient. All of my friends was raving about the company, thought I give it a try. Just my luck. Still waiting for the correct item.

Got Joop Homme 4.2 Oz recently from Fragrancex.com. It came out to be a Real Fake. There may be a drop of the real thing in the whole bottle, no more than that. No one can smell it until one almost touches his/her nose to it. NEVER BUY anything from this company.

not satisfied

I have ordered from FragranceX before this purchase and have been very satisfied. However, this time the perfume I ordered had undoubtedly passed its shelf life. It stinks !! I still had a little left in my other bottle for comparison. Very sad, not sure I’ll order from FragranceX again.

Old Fragrances. I have ordered these fragrances before from other online discount fragrance sites and they've been great. Long lasting. Not these. They must be old or rejects because as soon as you spray them on your skin, the fragrance evaporates. Will not purchase from here again.

items not received awful experience to many days waiting i need my money back refund

Je n’ai jamais reçu mon colis. Et en retour de mes mails, j’ai comme réponse « nous faisons le nécessaire pour vérifier où se trouve votre colis »... depuis 15 jours. Blague !!!!

After month I requested to cancel my order since it was never received. I got a reply saying it could not be canceled because it was already shipped. Two weeks later, I still had not received it and again contacted the company demanding to cancel my order and be refunded. All I received was an email saying I would be refunded. No explanation or comments on the horrible service. I do not recommend this company!
