After many years of wonderful experiences purchasing this great product over many years, I did NOT receive my last delivery successfully, and FragranceX.com did not stand behind it, so I AM DONE!!

Received perfume. Bottle is licking not the original perfume, either expired or fake. Never again!

For some reason this fragrance has no smell after I spray it on and wait for awhile. I bought this through Fragrance X as my daughter recommended it as a good sight where I wouldn't get ripped off. I know it isn't that expensive, but to me, a 71 year old widow, it is pretty pricey for my budget. My daughter wears it and always smells wonderful!..Don't know if it is me or the perfume, but it will be my last purchase!!!

I was very disappointed with my purchase of gwen Stefani lamb. It has no smell. Pure alcohol. It wasnt in an enclosed wrapper. Will never buy it again. Only buy one that has never been opened.

I purchased 7 vial samples for testing to see what I might like to purchase. 4 out of 7 were empty, didn't spray, or roll on. Wrote to FragranceX. So far, have received messages but NONE to resolve my bad experience. I have requested refund with no response. This company sounds totally messed up & irresponsible. It's hard to believe they remain in business!
