I never received the item and I have to wait about two weeks until the USPS investigates where my package went.

I enjoy the convience, pricing, and selection. I refer people to fragrancex constantly.

Advertised a cologne that was not available....waited 10 days to process.

The service was excellent, but the product, Jessica Simpson "Fancy" cologne didn't have a fresh fragrance. It's scent smelled like it was old stock. Please don't stock or sell fragrances that are old.

Canceled my order and never notified me.

Fragrancex had canceled my order 10 days ago and didn't even communicate or inform me, but they hadn't cancelled their 118 $ withdrawal from my credit card account. I had to open a dispute. When I tried to post it on their Facebook page, they deleted my comment and turned off all the tabs. What a bunch of dishonest people!

Very disappointing, no communication on delivery, no update. No response to emails. Very shady
