I have received my parcel the day they said it would, but i do believe they would have not if i did not threat to take legal action as i am a attorney, the tracking details kept saying it was at jfk airport but maybe that was a fault in the system, however perfume smells great. Allbeauty.com is a better place to purchase for us britons as they are based in england

Update: Got response later in Dec and received parcel in order in SA 6 weeks after placing. No real tracking info from the couriers but at least I got it and it seems original. Will use again because of the very good prices - you win some you lose some. Previous review mid Dec: Still waiting for order #38606480 placed on 29 November. No tracking information or response to requests for support.

Received my perfume fine however after looking on a website at home (UK) i found the exact same perfume for less and 100ml instead of the 50ml i ordered. So after looking at their return policies i thought it would be best to arrange a return by using the label sent by them. Item was posted and tracked. It says it has been delivered but no communication from fragrancex whatsoever. No one replies to emails or any updates on my refund. But they were quick to reply to me when i said i wanted to return the item. Now i have been left without my money or perfume. Edit: Refund finally received 13th January 2021.

It was easy to order. Easy to navigate the site. But I paid $30 more than an amount found on Amazon.

I purchase 2 Cologne's hwin was Kenneth cole black bold Which is my signature favour sent the other was the one million Which I did not care for and that is why I'm requesting a return label so that I can possibly purchase something else I understand that it will cost me for the return label $5 95 I have no problem with you guys taking that out of my refund

It took ten days for my order to come, not the five as promised.

The perfume box’s doesn’t came in good shape and at the beginning I had problems with the shipped order and had to pay more for shipping express. The company doesn’t answer the numbers I tried to contact them many times.
