canceled my order twice

Wouldn't accept credit.

Customer representative gave wrong info and the wrong item was sent and no mention of refund or how to make it right

In my opinion this is not genuine Chanel product. I believe it is counterfeit.

Just to warn you that ordering from Fragrancex will result in you buying FAKE products, I've bought 6 perfumes and they all smell like chemical substance that can't even be used in the wash room, don't be fooled by the fake reviews.

an order that should have shipped in 2 days took 2 weeks because fragranceX wanted to check my address. They charged me $1.00 several times while it was "pending". I emailed and called until they finally released and sent my order. I have used them in the past and never had an experience like this. Very frustrating!

Been using my Bvlgari for decades and found this online store recently. Pleased with the prices but unfortunately, the scent looks old upon delivery and smells funny. Not sure if they are selling old stocks or fake products. I can;t tell because in my part of the world, we have little access to original goods and I always get mine at the departmental stores. The prices seem too good to be true.
