Quickly took my money...same day as order. Took almost two weeks to deliver and one product was "unavailable" and I did not get full refund! Penalizing me financially for your inability to fulfill is totally unacceptable.

I ordered perfume Lovely by Sarah Jessica Parker and it did not have the same exact scent that I have been wearing

Shipped me the incorrect product and did not offer to replace with actual product that was ordered.

Was only available in eau de toile. The fragrance is of course less intense than the eau de perfume. But the fragrance was nothing like the original Rochas Byzance. Wore the original until it was no longer available.

After I paid, I received a different product than the one pictured, in a different bottle than the one pictured. I am done with this site.

You don't have any of the flavors that I've been buying for year's. So bring back all the good flavors

They mix up your orders and then you have to fix by going to the USPS to return them and re-order what you want. Poor customer service. Nothing is guaranteed.
