Awful problem solving

I didn’t buy. I can’t.

I didn’t get my order! You kept telling me my billing address was wrong when it wasn’t so I canceled my order as you wouldn’t fix the problem! Will never try to order from you again!

I never received my product. Upon calling and emailing customer service, I still haven't heard a definite answer from them. I will not recommend anyone to buy from FragranceX.

Poor customer service

Bad customer service, the last cologne I bought was weak, the worst experience, customer representative don't know anything...

I did not receive what I ordered. I feel cheated. I orderef Fendi. Received a half filled bottle. A smaller bottle than I ordered & it was NOT Fendi perfume in the bottle. At this point I will never recommend you to anyone. I would however appreciate a resolution to this experience.

I ordered a perfume and received only an open empty box. After letting the company know of the problem and waiting a full week and three phone calls and emails, I was sent a new one that came open within the box, top off, etc. It would be nice if someone would apologize, give some sort of compensation, etc for the time and lack of perfume that I was out. Had I not pushed things I would never have recieved an actual product. The company has poor packing skills and even poorer customer service skills.
