I ordered and paid for three items, received two. I have contacted them and have not heard back. Will not be using this service ever again.

Charged for a perfume several hours after I placed the perfume in my cart for consideration. I had a confirmation of the purchase in an email that was received the same time I had another email letting me know that I had left the same perfume in my cart. I called the company to notify of the error and was emailed a return label. I will not shop with this company again.

I had to reorder my cologne and even after that it was still 3 days late from the projected delivery time. Very disappointed in the service.

I am truly disappointed with this bottle of fragrance.I have used this product before that I purchased from Wal - Mart and the cologne odor lasted more than 10 minutes. I think that my money should be refunded.

More than 3 weeks for my order I nerver receive nothing (3-5) business day.

Because the fragance its not good I tink are fake

FragranceX requested that I get my credit card company to provide some kind of a special 6 digit code, not the code on the credit card. Very suspicious. I never had to do this with any of my credit cards. Cancelled the order quickly.

I bought 3 bottles one pink sugar one juicy and Rihanna I have worn these scents for years. All 3 of these had little or no fragrance just alcohol scent. Wasted $61 of my hard earned money taking a chance on a new company. Wont ever order again.
